My approach

I work with you in a confidential and safe environment in which you can express, share and explore difficulties and anxieties relating to your personal, relationship or working life. I work with you predominantly in the ‘here and now’ and use a number of approaches to look at the issues and manage any process of change.

I have been practising for over 20 years, during which time, as well as having my own practice, I have worked in the voluntary sector providing psychotherapy and counselling to clients, the majority of whom were referred through the NHS.

I have a legal and business background before qualifying as a psychotherapist and have an understanding of how the demands of work and careers can impact on personal lives and relationships.

Training, qualifications and experience

I have over 20 years’ experience as a psychotherapist with a legal and business background.
