My approach
Hello. If you’re wondering about whether therapy with me is something you’d like to enter into, let’s talk. A 15-minute telephone call (free of charge) is the first step to getting a sense of whether I might be able to provide the type of therapy that will help you.
If after this initial telephone conversation it feels right to continue, we will arrange a time to meet in person to discuss your difficulties in more detail. Meeting together will give you a chance to experience therapy and for us to think together about whether we’re a good fit. If I don’t think I can offer what you need, I will let you know and advise you on what might be more suitable.
These initial sessions last 50 minutes and cost £75.
