My approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining elements of psychodynamic therapy, person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, somatic therapy and art to best support your needs. By drawing from different therapeutic models, I create a customised plan that resonates with your goals and personal experiences.

I work with individual children and adults of all ages. From December 2024, I will also offer therapy to couples.

I work collaboratively with you, helping you gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in your life. Our work together is guided by your pace and comfort level, with a focus on building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, empathetic and confidential environment. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, depending on your needs. We can explore issues that are troubling you, work on developing new skills and achievable goals for your future.

I understand that everyone’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. Whether you’re grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in gaining clarity and achieving personal growth.

If you feel that I might be the right therapist for you, I invite you to reach out. We can arrange an initial consultation to discuss your needs and how we might work together.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards wellbeing.
