My approach

My approach is grounded in phenomenology – that is, focused on what it means to be you and your experiences. I believe that there is no-one-size-fits-all approach for everything or everyone. I take an integrative stance to how I work, which means combining different therapeutic styles and techniques depending on your needs and goals for therapy. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy.

Whatever you are coming to therapy with, the therapeutic relationship is an important platform to experience meaningful and rewarding therapy. That said, I am committed to making sure that I offer a space that is empathic, non-judgemental, safe and relates to the uniqueness of who you are.

Therapy is an important journey and it is absolutely essential that you find a therapist who you can feel connected to and supported by. Please feel free to contact me to arrange an appointment. I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation to discuss what brings you to therapy and see if we are able to work together.
