My approach
My priority is to quickly build a strong relationship with clients to identify how they want to change and to determine how we can best work together.
I’m known for being attentive, calm, warm, pragmatic, strong and highly professional in supporting my clients – whilst providing as much challenge as they require.
I aspire for my clients to become self-sufficient by helping them learn the material they need with psychoeducation.
I work with adults of all ages. Some clients have concerns about their sexuality. Some clients are from different parts of the world and seek help with cultural challenges. Some are adjusting to a diagnosis of a life changing or lifelong medical issue. Some of my clients have diagnosed personality disorders.
I have worked on both a short and long-term basis with clients.
