My approach

I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I adapt my approach and methods to meet the unique needs of each individual client. I work with adults (18+).

I primarily work from a psychodynamic, relational perspective, focusing on how your past experiences and beliefs have shaped your internal world and how they continue to influence your present life.

My approach is relational, holistic and co-created, meaning our work together will be collaborative. While I bring expertise to the process, nobody knows you better than you do, and you will be at the centre of the journey.

Therapy will be tailored to your individual needs and processing style, and at a pace that works for you. I view you as a whole person, not just the parts that may feel broken.

Together, we’ll explore the ways in which your current feelings and behaviours are influenced by your past, and I will offer a non-judgmental, safe and shame-free space for you to explore all aspects of yourself. This includes those parts that may feel wounded, messy or difficult, and we will meet them with compassion.
