My approach
The aim of the work we do together is to identify any physical and or psychological discomfort you may be experiencing in your sexual life either as an individual or in relationship with others.
The sexual problems I can help with include:
- sex and relationship issues arising from fertility and pregnancy
- loss or absence of desire
- communication difficulties
- sexual pain including vaginismus, dyspareunia and phimosis
- female genital mutilation (FGM), deinfibulation and circumcision related issues
- anorgasmia
- problematic porn use and compulsivity
- erectile dysfunction
- ejaculation Issues
- infidelity
- menopause
- sex and relationships in later life
- sex and relationships after bereavement
If we work together to find the causes of these discomforts we may be able to identify achievable goals which enable you to feel more comfortable and authentic in your sexual self and in your relationships.
Both short-term solution based therapy and longer-term therapy are available and we will work together to decide what approaches suit your needs best.

- Tavistock Intro to Couple Counselling and Psychotherapy
- DipHE Midwifery
- Post Graduate Certificate in Education
- BA (Hons) English and Drama
I worked as a midwife in the NHS for over 25 years.

I am registered with the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) (Registered member no 4308).
Code of ethics
As a Registered member I adhere to the COSRT code of ethics and practice.
Fees and availability
- I am available between 2pm and 6pm every Friday.
- Each session is 50 minutes.
- Face-to-face therapy only.
- £90 per individual session.
- £110 per couple session.
- All sessions payable in advance.
