My approach
Welcome to a space where your wellbeing comes first.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining the best of psychodynamic therapy, person-centred therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to meet your unique needs.
By drawing from these diverse approaches, I create a personalised plan that aligns with your goals, values and personal experiences.
Whether you’re a young person or an adult of any age, our work together will always be shaped by empathy, trust and understanding. My aim is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely, explore your emotions and make sense of your experiences.
I treat each individual as unique, honouring your story with respect and compassion.
You can expect a safe and confidential environment where we work at your pace, whether you’re looking for short-term support or a deeper, long-term process.
Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or simply feeling lost or overwhelmed, I’m here to listen, guide and help you uncover the inner strength needed to move forward.
Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, gain clarity and build the tools for a more fulfilling life.
Let’s take this journey together, one step at a time.
